Ænima was how I heard about Bill Hicks. There's a picture of him in the liner notes, and Arizona Bay was the name of one of his albums. Third Eye samples some of his standup routine. If for nothing else, I gotta thank Tool for that. And for all the ROCKING THE FUCK OUT! AWWWOOOO!!!

Nothing better than Tool back in 96 man, I have listened to that album so many times, have broken it, bought new copies - I LOVED the original (which broke, and I've never been able to find again) where it was that weird optical illusion - You could take the "contortionist" and basically move it back and forth to have him suck himself off. PRICELESS.

And isn't it just a testiment to how AWESOME it was, 12 years and holy fuck, still amazing music.

Only tickets to small shows are hard to get. Saw them when they played at The City Center in NYC about a year and a half ago which was really hard to get tickets for. My then boyfriend magically pulled it off.
