This is the one I saw. According to the comments on that video, it was posted a year ago and isn't the one that Keith and Chemda were referring to.

My hometown county fair says they have the world's largest demo derby which they claim b/c it continues for "2 days" (2 nights in a row). It brings out all the local white trash.
A bunch of years ago my friends put a car in a demo derby. My friend was getting rid of her capris classic so my friend kyle bought it, to destroy it. Saddly I missed getting the car ready which was basically stripping the car down to the engine, the frame and a driver's seat then spray painting it. I was there for the actual derby though. The car stalled almost as soon as it started which was a disappoint. Judging by which cars won each round, a crown vic is the way to go. That is my recommendation for Keith when he enters
