We always hear about people who were on death-row & executed, only later to be found to be innocent. If this happens in the real world, the it would happen in under your law too. I'd be executed for littering, then my poor sad widow would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I was innocent (it was someone else who littered but they were dressed as me and videoed on the security camera--faking my fingerprints, "face-off" stole my face, etc.)

Brother Love's story about his mother really brought tears to my eyes. My mother went through chemo, and is fine now, but just the memories the situation brings back...is overwhelming...

Radiation fucking sucks. I finished my treatments up in August and am still living with the after-effects. My lungs took a lot of damage.

I think one of the biggest problems with the justice system in the US today is that it is all about retribution, not restitution. While I support the death penalty for crimes that took someone else's life and have a high rate of recidivism, I think that most things should be punished by having the person convicted make restitution to the victim.

This is why my plan will never work. Nobody listens.

I have addressed this. We wouldn't go by a video camera and think, "Oh, that coat matches yours close enough, it must be you that littered and - "
