The song was pathetic! It sounded like a 10 year old boy singing on a $5 microphone. The words did not go to the music, extra syllables had to be squeezed in here and there, just pathetic.

I also ran my first organised run last weekend so I could especially relate to Chemda's description of her first run. I too choked on the water, accidentally throwing my half empty plastic cup into the path of an oncoming runner! My run was a half marathon and my aim was to break 2 hours, I came in at 1hr 54 and was rediculously pleased. My point is that I do understand how proud and excited Chemda is about her run, quite rightly. As you might be able to tell I can't wait to tell people what I achieved in a blatant attempt at fishing for compliments.

Well done Chemda!
