One moment it's to protect yourself against the government but you seem fine with everything they do as long as the don't take your gun.

Is there any through line here whatsoever or do you just really like shooting guns and will use any argument you can to justify it? I suspect the latter.
I love it! You don't get it. I tried to be serious. I tried humor.
I came to the conclusion that the simplest way I could to explain my views is to just say WE WIN YOU LOSE. As in the Supreme Court case yesterday. That just defined how SCOTUS interprets the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. Done. It doesn't go any higher than that. There isn't any internet opinion that is going to change that. I figure any argument is now just pissing in the wind. It's been real and it's been fun. You get the rest. Maybe.

You didn't even touch the question. It's been hilarious.

That was your question, right?

My answer again:

One finger in front of me is all that is needed.
My point hasn't shifted.
1st reason I have guns- protection
2- to shoot for fun- a hobby
3- [i]to collect- another hobby
4- an investment- values of guns go up not down

and my newest reason
5- to piss you off

WTF? Wrong type of English? Get it or don't.

Jon, a question you have not answered: What rights do you think are worth protecting (or acquiring) and which are not?

I didn't ask you to put them in a top five, I asked you to reconcile the obvious conflicts.
