lol .873 is a misprint for .0873 Dumb cops

At .4 you begin to enter a coma or get alcohol poisoning.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_alcohol_content

You need at least 40 beers in an hour to do that.

Here's what the guy thinking about popping the question should do.

This first step is optional for hippies and metrosexuals, but if you usually don't cry about baby seals and global warming than you first have to establish a moral opposition to mined diamonds, otherwise you will just come off as the cheap bastard you are.

Rent the movie Blood Diamond. During/after make some comments about how the diamond industry exploits people. Say something like "I read on the internet over a quarter of all diamond mines use child labor, and half of those children die in the mines" Which is true. Not the BS statistics I just made up but that you read it on the internet, because you just did.

Next look into "cultured diamonds". They are manufactured, but physically, chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds. DeBeers has been shitting bricks since they became commercially viable 5 years ago and have pressured the manufacturers into making them identifiable as manufactured diamonds because otherwise it would be impossible to tell the difference and the world diamond market would completely collapse. They cost 50-80% less than a mined diamond. Don't dwell on that when your talking to your GF, instead talk about how no kids are losing fingers digging them out of the ground.

A jeweler will be able to identify them as manufactured, but her friends won't unless she tells them. Which she probably will because the key here is to substitute your fiance's ability to brag to her friends about the ring's monetary value with her new found moral superiority.

It definitely has to be a typo...for his weight he would have to have had over 25 beers in an hour.

this kid had a typo on his report. plain and simple.

A 30 pack of Keystone LIGHT? Seriously? Keystone LIGHT is about 2% alcohol, he would have had to drink 30 30 packs to score a .8
