On a more positive note, I did nearly lose control of my car when Brolo said Keith had a country dough face. That was just fuckin hilarious.

I didn't see a husband, but she was there with her kids.
She knows a hell of a lot about Mayan culture.
PS She is a teacher.

But where does that end? Should I not eat cows because it is disrespectful to Hindus? Can I not mix dairy and beef because it would offend the jewish? If you actually tried to do things that *someone* wouldn't want you to do, wouldn't you be left with doing nothing?

You make a good point, but I think that there are some key differences. Mainly that it would be a major inconvienience for a person to change their diet or other day to day habits, incroaching on their own lives for someone else's comfort. In the case of taking the eucharist, on the other hand, one has to go out of their way to do something that will certaintly offend others. Of course I fully incourage those who are willing to take this time (unlike my lazy and non-confrontational self). I feel that anyone who is willing to take the time to remind the major religions of the world that they're probably not right in all that they do and show their congregants that the church is not the first and last word, is helping to take some of the power away from churches who should serve the people and not just themselves.

So yeah... what a fucking week... good to see I'm all over the forums with my new lady friend.

And yeah, she is indeed a teacher.

I'm actually angry... I've been a fan for two years and it took this long to get on the show, and she gets it the first show she listens to!
