Comfort zone.

People love it.
Confronting people takes courage. And you can't have courage without conflict. I think people are just afraid of other's reaction to their opinion. But hey, if they get to have their personal space and free frivolousness ways, then you should as well.
So, doesn't matter if you have to see them every day glare or be distant, at least, you would've earned their respect and now, they know that its a little harder to mess with you.

Comfort zone widened.

I see good proportions and anatomy, accurate highlights, mid-tones and shadows. Clean cross-hatching and line quality, the outlines in my opinion are a bit too stiff but overall two excellent drawings!

To be fair, to really follow Spooky's diet, you can't just eat chicken. You have to spend your days cleaning up after a slob roommate and night shivering like a rain soaked rage filled chihuahua about having to clean up after said roommate until you finally snap and yell at him. It should be called the Mexican maid diet.

Now that he had yelled as the roommate...he'll get fat.

Bitchy Medical Receptionists

The old receptionist at my DR was the biggest cunt in the universe. Everytime I walked in the surgery she would act like I was wasting her and the doctors time by being sick. Like I had inconvenienced her by my presence and that I was in her workplace with my disease seemed to disgust her. Perhaps if sick people disgust you, you shouldn't work in a place where sick people go.

Her treatment to most of the world was in direct contrast to the way she would treat my grandmother who goes to the same doctor. Now my grandmother would get the same bitchy treatment on the phone until she said her name, at which point a light would go on and normally bitchy receptionist would turn all nice. We eventually figured out that she had my grandmother confused with someone else with the same last name. The other old lady was a Lady (in the Knight of the Realm sense) and bitchy receptionist thought she was being nice to the upper classes.

I've only met one nice receptionist at my old GP's. And I see alot of them. I don't know what it is - it's certainly not the most stressful 'customer service' job there is.

People are usually nervous and stressed, who wants to be there, they could at least be nice and spread some sort of comfort.

My latest confrontation was due to the receptionist at my rheumatologists office announced my latest results to my husband who was picking up tax forms that I had to have filled out, in front of a FULL waiting room. I have a do not disclose policy in my chart - not to him, to my mom, let alone god knows who was in there. I'm the only one who needs that information, and I decide how to tell it. She scared him - and I could have found a gentler way to let him know the results.

That is a violation of my privacy and hells yeah I confronted her about it. She brushed it off, so I'm going higher. This was wrong, and I'm going to the top if I have to.

I'm a nice person, but this crossed me, and I'm not happy one bit.

GOY, I'm sure you aren't the first person she's done that to. Also, reading between the lines, I hope things are looking good for you.

Thumbs up

Here's my solution for the old woman with the dog who's annoying and door slamming issue:
Call the bitch up claiming to be the chick's gynaecologist, saying she is pregnant and that she was too embarrassed to confront her directly, but that her unborn child seems to be extremely allergic to dogs (highly rare in-utero) and the pregnancy is therefore progressing very dangerously and slowly. So, as her physician, it would be beneficial to the chick's health if she could do her best to keep the dog away from her, and as she needs to get lots of rest in her condition, if she could make an effort to be as quiet as possible e.g. with doors in her apartment, for the sake of the baby. Given the baby;s problems, it's growing very small and slowly so she won't need to look preggo. And then when she doesn't have a baby, the woman will assume it's her fault for being noisy and having a shit of a dog.
The chick doesn't have to say anything at all, under the guise that a) she's too embarrassed and timid to be confronting to her lovely neighbout and b) she doesn't want to announce the pregnancy in case something goes wrong because of everything.
Problem the fuck solved

So are these just done in pencil and ink or is there some charcoal involved? Very impressive attention to detail. I would never have the patience to put that much time into drawing. Kudos to your talents and will-power.
