That amputating Doctor story was fucked up - but not as fucked up as this transsexual nutjob who cut his own legs off with a circular saw...

Great show. On the note of people coming in an asking for asshole things, I used to work at a grocery store during highschool and MULTIPLE times people would ask me to go into our lunch room to heat up their babies bottle.

Not only do I have no idea how the fuck hot your babies milk is supposed to be... but it's a grocery store? Not even a restaurant. Assholes...

And it was usually a husband and wife. If you're baby is gonna need to be fed soon... you stay the fuck home, and our husband gets to get the groceries. That kid doesn't need to come everywhere.

I don't get the amputee thing. If you really don't want the arm, just don't use it, but it'll still be there in case you want to do something. I'm not promoting being a pack rat, but it seems appropriate in this case.

Great show. I'm on the fence about the smoker/foster kid thing - until I heard it was for kids under 5.

It makes sense. Trying to get a foster parent for any kid past that age is really, really tough. And at some point you have to concede SOMETHING in order to get these kids out of the hell holes they're in.

My sister-in-law who is a heavy smoker (now usually outside only, but in the car, etc - window down, blah) fosters 2 mentally handicapped kids that are in their late teens. The chance of them finding anyone to take care of them would be damn near impossible.

And if I had to deal with them, gads - I'd be smoking too. Probably crack. Preferably Heroin, though.

Who was the comedian at the end? He was funny as hell.

I saw a Discovery Health documentary featuring of those wanna-be amputees. In his case it was a neurological issue. The stimulation coming from one of his legs was different than the stimulation coming from the rest of his body. His leg literally didn't feel like the rest of him. They even had him do the mirror therapy during the observation.

Is he still able to walk? Does he know that that comes in handy when you have both legs?

If it's neurological then fix his brain.
