I use to work for the DMB where we would have to investigate all fetal car accidents. Once this little old guy was waiting in his car for his wife to finish shopping, she came out and start putting the bags in the trunk, when he said his foot slip and he hit the gas petal and ran her over. She died, we suppected that he did it on purpose but is using that "I'm old and I don't know what I'm doing" excuse to get away with murdering her. We had to let the police handle it, we only deal with weather or not he is medically fit to drive or not....
