Is it just me or was Jessie more of a douche on this show than ever before? Had he been drinking possibly?! Hmmm??

Sean Avery is one of the most annoying and disrespectful players in the NHL. Some fans love his style....others hate him. He definitely should've been dealt with earlier. His team (and the NHL) couldn't wait to get rid of him.

Yeah, this was just the straw that broke the camels back. He wasn't punished simply for his comments but for it being the latest in a series of problems. This is not an isolated incident, but rather what may be the final indiscretion by a player whose career has been not just marked by indiscretions, but defined by them.

Another note, in a 2007 poll of 283 NHL players, 66.4% said that Sean Avery was the most hated player in the league. He's a douche.

I think it was just you, Chemda said it best with the "Brothers" quip, they really seemed like bickering siblings, hilarious!

I know I'm all alone on this but the only boring thing to me about KATG shows is whenever they play the Andy Rooney segments. The first three times I liked it, I liked the mocking and the pointing out of the ridiculousness, but by now, the 30th time or whatever the fuck, it's like stating the blindingly obvious over and over again.

Rooney's such a soft target for ridicule that hearing him mocked is like watching a good boxer take apart an over-the-hill career slugger, it's predictable to the point of meaninglessness. Compared to what could be going down if the champ was taking on an opponent with some substance there's almost no entertainment in it.

And then, finally, Andy Rooney flat out admits on the air, without any shame or irony, that he makes his living talking about shit that he knows nothing about. He says what his mockers have been saying all along as if he's known it long before they did and he doesn't give two shits about it. At that moment he became the same as those fucktard letter writers Keith hates so much who say they were drunk or didn't really care or were 12 years old when they wrote in.

Rooney should have to say at the beginning of his segment that he doesn't actually know anything about what he's about to say. And he should say his bra size too.

I'm proud of Jesse for biting his tongue when Scott said "imbued" instead of "imbibed". Totally expected him to jump on that one =D

Will this story-off be Spooky and Jesse on the same show? That would be magical. Especially if it happens on a Thursday.

I have to agree with Jesse Joyce on the whole comedy thing and about it evolving. Especially b/c Keith has in previous episodes talked about how some movie classics are just crap and he doesn't see the reason for their accolades but in this episode he decided to use old movies for his argument against old comedy.

I myself struggle viewing older stuff myself, heck even some stuff I used to like isn't as enjoyable this time around (Voltron or Amazing Stories is a decent example).

Comedy definitely evolves. I remember enjoying my grandfather's old Justin Wilson records and thinking they were hilarious. Back then, they were ... today most of them are just old jokes ('cause, ummm, they are old jokes now) that he tells on his cooking show.

It would have been great if when the blind guy fell off the stage someone shouted, KAHMADY!
