I never said anything about well adjusted or successful. Confident, yes. I think if you're an intern you need a certain amount of true confidence (not fake, yell at people about pasta confidence) if you want to move up and on and also if you want to be part of this show because as said on the show, people will rip you apart.

It doesn't make sense to be interning for a show that you a) refuse to be on b) refuse to interact with the audience. So he hides from the internets, sending shirts to people? He's going to start shitting on them then sending them out to people ... ha, actually if he did that I might have a little more respect for him.

Great show, love Ray, and I guess fuck me because I was swayed... I now feel sad for the intern Being that age and trying to find yourself is hard, but you learn to let what people think roll off your back. Giving up on the internet/forums I feel is a childish decision and i dont believe he will be able to help himself from posting, but do what ya gotta do. Maybe now we can all move on to other drama...

I think the intern is just insecure, his 'douchiness' trying to compensate for it. I get the feeling that he is a nice guy, he just isn't comfortable in his own skin (yet).
I think the fight with newsy came from his insecurities, i doubt he felt very comfortable with a gay guy all over him. The gay comment coming from that as well, trying to show that he isn't gay and has no interest in newsy.
just my point of view on the issue.
Oh, and I think potatoe has the same issue, her aggressiveness coming from insecurity. She's just a bit more comfortable in her own skin.

I think it is funny that when Mike is being obnoxious (not "Fake confident" or whatever else ou want to try and call it) he gets ragged on for it by everyone, including myself. However when tatoe is being obnoxious (not "Sassy" or "Outspoken" or however you want to sugar coat it), she gets praised.

Am I the only one that finds Ray Devito super annoying? I've never noticed it before now. He just doesn't know when to shut up. It was difficult to listen to the stand-up submissions with him interrupting constantly and forcing Keith to repeatedly stop the submissions every five seconds. Sorry to anyone that loves him. Just my two cents.
