By the way, seems like Dane Cook is "reinventing" his image. The trailer for his new cd shows him playing in front of a super-small audience, and doing very mundane jokes. No noises, no jumping and a new emo appearance. He talks about his dead mom and hirls are making cute faces at him...

Also, how many lawyers do you know? I completely agree with the system we have in place. If the prosecution, armed with whatever evidence, can't convince a jury that the defendant is guilty, then the guy doesn't deserve to go to jail. If the prosecution's case isn't stronger than the defendant's, then the defendant should be free to go. It's supposed to be an equal battlefield with the evidence swinging things in the favor of the prosecution. If it doesn't, then it wasn't enough any way. I couldn't do it, but I completely understand and maybe even respect those who work to uphold the system by defending the guilty. Maybe because I honestly think that I'd rather let a serial killer go free to probably kill again, than convict an innocent man for the same crime, I appreciate the system for keeping our margin error on that side of the spectrum. Intern does have "that retard strength."
I imagine Newsy could kick his ass, but wouldn't. I can't imagine Mike throwing a decent punch at all. Last edited by Amravanti; 04-04-2009 at 04:01 PM. |
