Bacon is absolutely grillable, it just has to be closely monitered. Hell they were made for each other, anything is better when grilled, and everything is better with bacon.
Orrr, you can do the fat country boy thing and have a tub of bacon grease in the kitchen so that you can add artery clogging goodness to any meal!

I love your grill! Some friends of ours have a similar setup and it rocks!

First Lauren, now this guy. Seem like everybody wants to get inside Chemda's drawer's recently.

I don't know if Keith and Chemda's relationship will survive this one.

We were invited to a friend's Passover (first one). I got to finally wear one of those skull cap thingies... and people sang and prayed, and it was just like any Christian thing.

Have fun, enjoy the food, the sweet stuff during meal time is pretty good... Symbolizes mortar or something like that...

Go, wear the hat thingy, enjoy yourself...

I keep a container of bacon grease (oh so precious bacon grease) in my fridge. I am not comfortable using it on a day to day basis (because it is oh so precious) but I save it to make chex mix! Chex mix is soooo much better with bacon grease!!!

My precious.......

Go to any Eastern European food store and ask for pork Smaltz. (SMALEC). For about 2 bucks you can have the heart attack you always dreamed of. It's a substitute for butter, and a great thing to eat before you go drinking.

With enough SMALEC you to can get a HEW HIGH SCORE on the cholesterol test.
