I put it that way on purpose. So, yes I know how it sounds. Yet I didn't exaggerate.

1) I have a gun safe.
2) I inherited my dad's deer hunting rifle. That has missing a part and is not functional (it has a three round clip that is missing) I keep it only because it was my dad's and I remember him going hunting when I was a kid. Still it's in the safe
3) A friend needed money and I bought his 22 rifle more as a favor.
4) I've never actually fired either one but I have fired other weapons at a shooting range.

So it wasn't what I wanted but here I am. I could sell one or both... I'm moving and the safe will go to my brother in-law and the rifles will stay in the safe. Technically they will still be mine but soon wont be in my house. Not sure what I'll do with them in the long run.

My point is guns are prolific enough that while I never wanted one I still ended up with two.

My first rifle was a .22lr. Got it when I was 9. A Marlin tube fed .22lr. Good times. That was a good squirrel gun. What kind was your dad’s rifle?

Well you still specifically phrased it as 'I haz two guns in my house and I didn't even try it could happen to anybody because guns just are everywhere'

Again 'Murica sillygoose

Do you think we are arguing? I'm thinking you took it exactly the way I intended. Yup I'm a sillygoose.

You literally wrote that you privately bought a gun from somebody because that dude probably couldn't have sold it for the same price legally

Wow y’all just be talking to people who own guns any old way? I for one think Scorpion is a fine gentleman who has earned my respect even if he can’t decide if Karen or I am his favorite.

Im not arguing whether what you did was legal or 'normal for America' I'm just saying that it's fucking ridiculous that you think it's normal to say you 'accidentally' have guns in the house like that's a funny joke

It's a 308. I confess I don't know a lot of details of either weapon. I know the 22 is a 22lr. I only bought it because my friend wouldn't just let me give him the money nor would he "borrow" the money. I tried to sell it back later but he didn't want it back. I think it seemed too much like borrowing with collateral? What ever, now I have two. I did know more about them before, I just don't have enough interest to remember. Sorry. Like I said I can't shoot my Dad's and I've never shot the other one. But if my friend asks I'll lie and say I've taken target shooting. I haven't even looked at them for a year. I took them out of the safe to make sure they were oiled. I don't need them rusting. But should there be a Zombie Apocalypses then I'm still fucked because I don't think I have bullets...

Does this make me more or less 'Merica? Should I vote Republican this time Lanfear? Just kidding I already voted, can't change it now.
