God forgives you any time you want in Catholicism. The hang-up is you need to be sorry and vow not to do it again AND take action when you're about to do it to never do it again.

Oh no, Ali Clayton email. I thought it was a great episode, so raw and honest. What true KATG is all about. Shame about the email. I agree with Chemda - the trauma coach fucked up. The joke wasn't that funny but meh.

I also wake up early now and I absolutely love it. Bedtime is 10pm to 6am.

My day starts now with me time. I drink coffee, go on a 1 hour walk with my dog, listen to podcasts.

Yeah therapy and trauma coaches seem like they're supposed to teach you how to cope in a world full of triggers. That was sad.

Often when someone says to me, "Sorry for being a bitch", well you don't really have an understanding as to what you're doing. It's a general term that really means nothing to me, especially in this case.

When it is Sorry for me going off and emailing a bunch of people and trying to discredit you and harm your show and business, rather than being and adult and owning up to your own mistakes without REALLY expecting something in return, then that is being aware.

She's learned nothing about herself.

Did Ali speak about the joke or issue during the session though, or did she only think about it later on before sleeping? Did someone say something about it? There are a few unanswered questions.

It's unfortunate she asked to take the joke or episode down. It sounds like sent the email out while being in a very bad state of mind, with intense feelings. Chemda's response was thoughtful and appropriate.

Ali is a super funny person and I hope she comes back on in the future.
