First thing to note is that most of doctoring is guesswork especially when it involves autoimmune issues.

The second thing to note is that I'm one of those assholes who says "not necessarily" a lot - it's a way to throw back responsibility on the questioner to reach a conclusion.

While we optimistically await further opinions, here's a kindle recommendation. I know it may seem counterproductive but perhaps especially for atheists, a philosophical foundation of thought about death is necessary and will be beneficial in the decades ahead.
