They are probably aware that searching for KEITH and the GIRL will also bring up her podcast.

People searching for her podcast will probably find KATG too so that’s not a bad thing.

There were a few other things in that special that seemed oddly familiar to KATG; maybe I'm looking for it or... maybe shit is shady. I thought her impression of a British accent sounded an awful lot like Keith's, for one thing.
