Anyone else have workplace drama they'd like to air out?
 

I cannot stand one of my coworkers. I've gotten into it with him before. It's the type of job where I have to interact with him to work efficiently(work in the hospitality area). I just get the vibe he is always trying to outdo me, or down play my achievements. This is not in my head, because I KNOW he is doing it. If I happen to be having another conversation with an employee this pissant will come in, and just cut me off as if what he has to say is that important, to disrupt the flow of convo. I would fight this bitch, but do not want to lose my job.

I wonder if I posed as some hotchick on facebook, and then lure him to like some first date locale. A lake maybe, just jump out disguised, and punch him in face. Just thinking of all the things that could wrong though. Yall do not know this guy. He is a asshole! He deserves it. He has a fat fuck wife , and has the nerve to criticize another coworkers new girl. He does it sooo discretely too. "Oh she is cute, but she has big ears man." Why would you say that?? FUCK YOU.

But anyway, everyone has workplace assholes. If you feel like getting revenge, just be prepared to lose the job. Otherwise, he just seems like the kind of guy who gets satisfaction from putting others down, so maybe the best way to deal with him is to show him he can't get to you. If he's an extreme asshole, he'll somehow shoot himself in the foot.

Ah, my apologies! I do appreciate the advice. Practical. Looks like I'm just going to have to tough it out. I long for the day, when he fucks up, and I can just look at him with a smirk of satisfaction.

Interesting discussion...mind if I answer this in the cubicle crowd thread...people go in there to vent and you might get some advice from cubicle dwellers.

Every time you see him, reach into your pocket, pull out some lint, and hand it to him. Over time, upgrade to gum wrappers and old keys that you don't use anymore. Revenge by confusion.
