I had a private room there last year as well and that was quite perfect for meeting people and the location is really great. I think I had this one (no flowers though):


I booked far earlier this year so I got lucky and found a room in a Holiday Inn for basically the same price on http://www.hotwire.com/.

Don't know if I am recalling correctly Elvis, but I could swear you are in a wheelchair so I thought I'd note that the Chelsea Star notes itself as a "Walk Up Hotel". The main entrance is accessed by a flight to the 2nd floor and more stairs to the actual rooms.

Apologies if I'm incorrect on your chair status.
