Honestly I don't normally have enough balls to do it.

how do you control it? same left leg that you type with?

also, do you use a special keyboard layout to type? i can't picture how you'd type with only one foot. especially since you're capitalizing.

Yes, that picture doesn't show the controls, but I use my foot for that too.

Nope, standard keyboard with a standard layout. I use an accessibility feature built into most OSes called Sticky Keys for capitalization.
