I'm 1/2 Mexican and a quarter "Spanish" which translates to rich Mexican over here in Cali.

I'd say that I don't get along with my kind because they are misogynistic, homophobic, and generally covered in children. Although to be honest, I hide my hatred for them in order not to be thought of as 'one of those' self, hating, white-looking, educated Chicana type bitches. Also, my dad would be sad to learn of my true feelings for our people.

Yes, if what you are adding is a relaxation exercise like meditation or chanting affirmations or something like that. You are obviously already a great talent or they wouldn't have picked you to be in such a difficult Opera. Trust in yourself and your abilities.
