Since it's still hot, get a fish, preferably after having just gone fishing, or fresh from a fish market. Let that fish sit in a bucket of water in the blazing sun for a couple of days so that water stinks to high hell. Then pour that water all over the interior of his car. Since it's hot, that water will evaporate fast. He will always have that smell in his car, no matter what he tries to do.
