Blue Mountain State on netflix
I have been contemplating getting rid of my directv and going to a strictly internet based media watching schedule. I have been watching a lot of stuff on Hulu and Netflix. I already watched all of Parking Wars and now I have started watching a series called Blue Mountain State.
BMS is a comedy about a big time college football team and all the antics that go on with the team. I absolutely love this show, lots of half naked woman, and football players being football players(basically doing stupid shit). I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this show (because I hadn't until I saw it on netflix) and what you thought of it. If you haven't seen it, and you have a sense of humor like mine, you might enjoy it. Also has anyone tossed out there cable provider for internet tv?

I didn't even realize the show was still on. I just started watching last week and I'm on season 2 ep 3 and I was disappointed that I only had like 6 episodes left to watch. I thought this was a long since discontinued show that I just got lucky to find on Netflix. I'm going to go check out the spike tv site.
I'm holding on to directv for my kids at the moment but I have all my disney movies on my apple tv, and my kids can watch spongebob on hulu so I think I may be able to get by without directv |

if you have apple tv, i say fuck the cable. all i have is internet and an HDMI cable to plug my laptop into the tv. i do just fine watching all my shows on the internet. some of them on sites not supported by tv networks. you can use sites like surfthechannel or letmewatchthis to find links for thousands of shows and movies. sometimes they have good links for movies still in theatres.

if your a fan of a certain pro sport, you can just get their online subscription for around $10 a month and you get every game of the season.
mlb.com nfl.com nba.com if you have ps3, you can use the same subscription to watch games via apps you get from the psn store. i think they have it for xbox now also..? |

I am now contemplating dropping directv for Netflix and hulu plus for my entertainment needs. That would drop my bill from 60 to 20 and I could stream from my PS3 or iPhone. Has anybody tried Hulu Plus yet? |

i don't think you can order individual games. pretty sure it's only by monthly subscription.
or you can buy Madden 11 and it will scroll all the final scores at the bottom of the screen. lol |
