I'm down. In fact, I sewed this last year:

You can read my blog about it's construction here: What I Wore: Christmas Cloak | Marina Rose Martinez

I used to be in choir and enjoyed the robe. I figure it can't be far off from that. Or else I'm gay.

I'm probably gay.

I've wanted a red wool and silk lined caplet for autumn the last several years. Fuck Sleeves!

i have a cloak in my closet, its heavy duty wool and made of a dark fabric. i have no idea why i bought it. its sort of nice but not that gay vampire kind, more like a medieval cloak.

I prefer 19th century overcoats, but cloaks are awesome too.

Actually, come to think of it, the coolest thing ever is 19th century overcoat with the half-cloak on it. Get a top hat and you're a fucking badass.

I don't really see a functional difference between a 19th century overcoat and a modern overcoat.

Cloaks seem more snuggly than jackets.

19th century ones look cooler and have a higher likelihood of having a half-cloak.
