Landlord replied back confirming the window screen was not like this before.

And the fucking brother still hasn't called the landlord or knock anywhere I could hear. But at least he hasn't put a brick through my window, either. I preemptively disconnected the doorbell because as my upstairs neighbor loves to do, you can just hold it down and it'll keep buzzing forever.

Maybe, but I took the time to start the process of getting this guy out of the house, so it felt like I shouldn't half-ass it.

Our office toilets are tankless. But the problem was when the urinals started going off for no real reason... faster than they could drain. Horray.

So this is pretty much over as far as I can tell. Checked out the window again today and realized it wasn't actually locked, and it's possible to get in. So I did. Locked the window, fixed the screen, then went through all their shit.

Found some weird asian candy, turned out to be cola-flavored starburst. Tasty. Around 20 packs of random asian noodles I might eat. BBs without a bb gun. Useless. Unopened bottle of Patrone that I'll take when I move out. A bottle of prescription ibuprofen, not sure what I'll do with that. Some weed that I'll probably leave alone. And a box of sex toys, complete with a big black cock. I'll definitely leave that alone.

All in all a pretty sweet hookup. Net ~$100 of liquor, candy and food, drugs, $1200/mo apartment all to myself at a discount, the roommate paying half my electric over the summer, and still some chance I'll beat the fuck out of his brother.
