My man and I are suffering mid winter blues. It's so expensive in the winter in Canada. Gas last week here was 1.44 a liter, we got an oil bill for 700$ for 6 weeks, food is up 30% across the board because shipping costs are so high in Canada.

My puny raise is nothing compared to the cost of living.

Remember when IRT was good because they were in Yellow Knife....portaging over rivers and driving over the Arctic Ocean...then they moved that shit to Alaska where they don't even drive over water just some snow covered winding mountain road (Big deal). AND, they had to ship the GOOD drivers in from Canada to run the road....Just saying... "Turn and burn"

What's the deal with Ralphie May? Is he a joke thief ? I heard the Maron interview with him and first I thought he was that he was black, I looked him up and he isn't. Then I thought he is quick, he can gather his thoughts in a concisely. But, as the interview went on I started to wonder about him. He seemed to try to hard to convince Maron how fantastic he is/was. A hell of a lot of bragging going on no?

I hate to rub it in, but I used to spend at least $55/week on gas for my Honda Civic (90-min commute each direction, 5 days a week). Since working from home, the last time I filled up was in December .

You paid your dues dude, no apologies necessary....holy shit what a commute! My commute including kid drop off is about 30 minutes each way. Without the kid it would be 5 -8 minutes. I used to be able to walk to work, 25 minutes and no gas ever, unless you count...insert dumb joke here.

Agreed. I think first season owned, second was ok, then I think it was the 3rd where they didn't really do anything. And Rick Flair got a blue mohawk which was wtf.
