Are there noise canceling cans with an open back? I always assumed the idea of noise canceling phones was as much or more keeping it to yourself.

I can't find specifically if the back is open, however these headphones leak a crap ton of sound. I tried them on at an Apple store and I must say they were very comfortable to wear, I wonder how they'd be after wearing for 5+hrs. The sound was very decent, but doesn't blow me away for their price.
