I added a video for my program on Yappler and I'm dying to know what people think.

Being an audio snob, I have to say the audio is a little "tingy" but as far as content goes it is really great.

Thanks for the feedback so far. I scripted most of it and did a bunch of takes putting it together practically one line at a time.

I used audacity to record this. Is there anything I could do with that to remove the "tinyness" of it?

Redo it in your sister's studio.

It's a good video, but the growie url is kinda cheesy.

Are you a one man shop? Site design, application coding, etc?

My sister is 2,000+ miles away. My brother has a good setup, I might use his for the audio or just by a good mic.

Here is what I've got:

I did 90% of the website code. Some parts, like the blogging code, is heavily modified open source. The code to round the corners was also outsourced.

The design is outsourced.

The Sync program was nearly all outsourced. Doug (from KATG iPhone App) is doing the Mac code and another shop is doing windows.

The video is fine for YouTube. The only thing that could really improve is the audio quality. You also may want to reconsider the installation instructions. Who doesn't know how to install programs on their machine? Shorter is better: lose the install instructions or go all in and show people how to open their browser from the dock and type in the URL too.

I honesty don't understand why anyone would want to publish a list of their apps, but I don't really understand why social networking sites are so popular either. What would be useful is a yappler app, or a mobile version of the web page. Simply promote it as an improved app store for use in the iPhone itself.
