I can't believe I made another silly mistake and ate too much ice cream again. It's a constant struggle but I'm working on being better. For now, I need to get more ice cream from the store for later before they close. That happened once before 4 years ago. That was a tough night.

Anyway, I'll try to be better with eating all the desserts I keep buying. But hey, it's a process and we aren't just born with this knowledge of fat and sugar. You live, you eat way too much, you learn, and you repeat. Forever. It's all any of us can do.

Oh and chips. I'm always out of those too.

No one's perfect, y'know. Despite my set-backs, I still managed to lose 50 pounds & I'm still trying to improve myself. What's wrong with that?
