I just got a call from them saying that the case from the game I returned was empty. I can already tell this is going to escalate to a "what are we going to do about this" situation. Anyway, I thought I would ask the forums for some advice before I get my game face on.

Are you positive that you actually returned it?

Yeah, I've returned the wrong movie to the wrong store, or even returned an empty case because I was too hurried to check if I even put it back.

Check your DVD player (VCR?) again. Also check if you possibly returned the Blockbuster movie to the Hollywood Video, or the wrong Blockbuster store.

I live in a pretty small town and there's still a couple other independent video/game rental joints close enough that I can tell BB to fuck themselves. They're consistently more expensive, the help's more douchy and they keep a movie as a "new realease for about 10 years. Fuck em.

I am 100% sure that I brought them back. That case was emptied AFTER I dropped it off.
