BB.com also will show you the hookup on getting some stuff (Ephedra in my example) that you couldn't buy where you live. Very helpful there.

Also, if there's a day I'm not so pushed to go the gym, I'll read some of the weight loss logs...

That's crazyiness, committing suicide in full view of the internet. Someone at work told me about it and showed me an internet article of the incident.

BTW, there is another site called T-Nation at TESTOSTERONE MUSCLE | Unapologetic Muscle-Building Elitists that has same info, but way better quality. Somewhat fewer trolls and asshats as well.
