Hey guys, I'm among other things a budding Apple support giver, and I love answering anybody's questions to do with Macs or iPods, and even though Macs are perfect and don't have any problems, let's face it, they do, so I made this thread so any KATG listeners with Macs or iPods can get the help they want from a community they trust. So ask away if you wish, I will answer.
