Because you came in here with that adversarial "I'm so much better than all of you" tone in your initial post. When people do that, we know they're idiots.

Furthermore, don't dangle steak in front of me and tell me to eat it and how yummy it is, because you're just being a fucking asshole and again, it's not funny. If you had a FUNNY vegetarian joke, maybe I would laugh. But honestly. I don't dangle tofu in front of you trying to gross you out.

okay. /end rant.

Anyway, I'm always intrigued about how people make the decision to go back to eating meat and I hear horror stories (as I see it anyway) about people who have been vegetarian for years and years and then decide suddenly that they want to eat meat. Because what if that happens to me? I don't really want to eat meat again. However the times that I have accidentally eaten meat, I haven't felt sick or anything.
I know, right? Vegetarian jokes and feminist jokes will never, ever change. Everybody thinks I care so much, like I'm going to cry over their roast beef or something.

I felt bad when people who had been vegetarian for years went back to eating meat too. I felt like they gave up or something. I was sort of sad and disappointed, but also I was afraid that it would be me. Of course now it is me... so I have no idea. When I wrote that blog, I was really sick and I realized that I haven't been sick like that for awhile, but I still feel sort of blah, despite increasing my exercise, water drinking and eating healthier.

Honestly, I think that a person should do what they feel is right, and I've been sort of worried about what starting to eat meat again will mean for me. But I feel like its time, and its not anyone else's decision but mine, and if it doesn't work out, I can always go back.

The forum is called "Talk Shite."

I think if someone starts preaching one side of a point, it's fair for someone to jump in with an opposing opinion. Right? I was responding to someone's comment. I'll give you that my first comment ("Wuss") was unnecessary.

No one else came in with the "holier than thou" attitude, that was all you. And all your follow-ups have been "prove me wrong". That's hard to do when you cite no references.
Lets face it, you're a douche-bag, and no-one here likes you. Go find a pretentious male vegetarian forum, you'll fit right in.

Quite a few "meat eaters are better than vegetarians" posts were written before I wrote my post. Read the first page.

Proving something wrong is not about the references, it's about the assertions. I made a few. Try to prove those wrong.
