These five women are not only attractive and easy on the eyes, they are also very smart, savvy, and choose to use podcasting in a creative way to teach and educate others. They have each contributed significantly and something unique into the field of podcasting and are blazing their own trail.

It appears these have been chosen because they do their own individual podcast, so now the list makes sense...
