The Human Centipede- Most fucked up movie trailer you've ever seen...

Spoilers: At the end of the film the crazy surgeon dies along with the 1st and 3rd person in the centipede. So the girl in the middle is stuck alive with her mouth and her asshole sewn to dead people in an empty secluded house. I'm not sure how the sequel is going to fit in. I guess maybe it will be someone new performing the surgeries.

Apparently the sequel is going to be way more gory. It should be interesting, this movie isn't really gory at all. It manages to be really disgusting without much blood. I guess the sequel is going to be fairly different from the first one.

Oh it's a sick idea, considering that it is a non-eastern movies. But Extreme Asian Horror has its share of as-sick-if-not-sicker stuff.

Actually, this movie has a lot of that japanese eroguru style.

Eroguru is a branch of asian horror (expressed in comics, literature and movies) that usually deals with extreme body modification or deformities, gore and sexual perversion.

Good recent examples of the style are the sick, weird and beautiful "Strange Circus" by Shion Sono (where, between other things you have a mostly poetic rendition of an incestuous father who forces her 12 year old daughter inside a cello case with a peephole and makes her watch while he rapes women), or the stylish "Rampo Noir" (where in one of the segments the wife of a japanese soldier amputates his arms and legs to turn him into her sex object and starts abusing him and torturing him for kicks).
