Wha happa? Been Internet/phoneless since June, and this stupid phone won't let me search threads..

Doug twittered that he took it out of the itunes stores for a bit so he can work on new features.

Should I stop holding my breath for an Android app?

Here is a very simple but functional android app that I use everyday for listening to the show live. Works on wifi/3G.

Feedback works. It does NOT download episodes ( Use any podcatcher for that). The twitter and calendar bits don't work.

There was an aborted attempt at a fancier version but it crashed and burned. Don't ask.

Somebody HELP! Android platform REALLY needs a decent KATG app. Here's a fork all we need is some porting help.

Current beta apps are functional but glitchy and, most painful of all, not in the market.

Help support the show and give KATG some /dev love!

I will support the effort as much as I can with testing and promo. < and $500 to a port that actually works, passes KATG testing AND gets into the Market. IN THAT ORDER >

Man, I bought a fn Iphone a few months ago with 30% of the reason being to get the KATG app! HAHA, now the stupid iphone 5 is out. I'm vip baby, I want the iphone app. I think I may have gotten my iphone like 2 days after the other katg iphone app was taken down a few months ago to work on stuff for vip members in the app I believe. Still patiently waiting, just figured I'd throw it out there and I'm sure Doug and whoever else is working on it is making damn sure it works great for us all the first time so I understand the wait. Buuuuut I really wish it would be done soon though :)

Agreed. I have the old one still and it does the job, but I miss the funny alerts that were sent out just before each show started. I'm sure it'll be amazing once it's done though.

We're also very eager. We have another meeting on Thursday with the designer who is working with Doug. He's super talented and is workig Hard to make this a well functioning beauty. We'll have it out there soon. Thanks for your love and patience!
