The bug would be a fix if they do a 2.3 or 2.2.2 between now and 3.0. They probably know about it, but it's good file a bug report just in case.

Suggestion, make the event details color scheme the same as the event list, and something for the future, parse url's in the event details and make them clickable.

The details page is getting a total overhaul soon. As for the clickable urls. There is datatype support builtin to 3.0 that saves a lot of trouble for that stuff, so that'll come with the first 3.0 version. (might do it earlier if I'm feeling fancy, but I doubt it.)

It's ridiculously great. When I go to do builds for release in the 2.2 SDK I feel like I'm working in sludge. I think as soon as 3.0 hits I'm going to make it the minimum OS version.

I thinks that is a great call. My app doesn't need to be ready till the summer, so I am lucky enough to make it 3.0 from the start.

Here is the new events details page layout and color scheme. I am working on an improved parser for dealing with the text on this page. Right now it just strips out all the HTML tags, but doesn't do any formatting.

EDIT: This is better. It formats fairly nicely. I also turned on dataDetectors which won't come in the release version for awhile. But since I use this app for myself I am selfishly inserting features in the builds I use on my phone.

If you are trimming the text anyway, why not change out the Listen Live - Keith and The Girl Free Comedy Talk Show link and swap it out with a link to the first tab?

Also, are there plans to include a podcast player?

Oh, and one more suggestion, a button to call into the show, for iPhone anyway. It's only one line of code and makes calling the show nice and easy! (Maybe just under half a dozen if you check for iPhone / iPod Touch)

I have considered doing that swap. Right now it just uses NSXMLParser to rip out anything thats inside <> tags.

I do intend to include a podcast player when 3.0 is out and the bandwidth caps for cellular are lifted.

I may do a call into the show button. I wish there was a way to make the call and come back to the app in the mode you left it. I know I could do persistent state stuff, but then it's a lot more than one line of code. I want someone who is listening to the show to be able to press a button, the phone app comes up, they do their call thing, and when they hit end call they come back into the app with the audiostreamer activated automatically (assuming it was active when they left.)
Really I'm just ranting on this one. I'll probably just add the button to the live show tab.
