Like the one in the UINavigationBar? That is how it is rendered on the simulator... It took me two hours to figure it out. After that I went out and purchased the iPod Touch and stopped using the simulator.

Current Live Show Tab: I purified the comment box and messed with the gradation a bit. I've started messing with threading to make the UI more responsive. Need to learn more about the performance tools.

Also, the limit does not apply to applications' downloads. It should be quite easy to feed the AudioStreamer with a Podcast Episode (instead of the feed) and play it through there. This will limit the data rate to about 128kbps (after the initial buffering) and easily play the episode. If you want, I'll fix my PodcastParser and send it to you.

So I read through the push notification stuff. Looks like a server would need to be running to collect the device tokens as people install/launch the app and to check the feedback service. Or am i miss understanding.

I need to read the spec again but I think apples server collects all the tokens and the client is just responsible to send updates to the gateway. But like I said I need to read it again.

Notifications have to be sent to each phone individually. Each notification sent to the apple gateway has to be addressed to a specific phone. So to send a blanket notification to all phones with the app installed, you need to send individual notifications for each phone. At least that's how i understand it.
