Yeah, I figured as much...
But it's a really solid app otherwise – even streams nicely over edge.

Disabled Phone Button on iPod Touch

Disabled Play Show Button when not on wifi

Test with:
Wifi OFF
Settings -> Stream over Cellular Network OFF
This should give you an alert sheet telling you streaming is disabled

Wifi ON
Settings -> Stream over Cellular Network OFF
This should give you an enabled play show button

Wifi OFF
Settings -> Stream over Cellular Network ON
This should give you an enabled play show button

Wifi ON
Settings -> Stream over Cellular Network ON
This should give you an enabled play show button

Disabled play button for On Air tab when not on wifi

Test the same as the past shows tab, but toggle the Live Show switch instead of the past shows switch

Two more things (they are very anal!):

1) I think it should be Wi-Fi, not Wifi
2) How about changing the first Setings item to be a PSGroupSpecifier rather than a PSTitleValueSpecifier?

Other than that it's aces. I've tested everything on iPhone 3G except Disabled Phone Button on iPod Touch (obviously).

Emelath is on a mac and she hasn't gotten it working yet, so it's seems really random. Try uninstalling and reinstalling itunes and then if that doesn't work, back up your phone numbers etc and then restore your phone and set up as a new phone. Report back if either one works and we'll go from there.

Everything looks good unfortuntly cant test live stream until monday I guess
One issue I noticed is the Submit feedback button works even when not live or on wifi
