It depends on what kind of copyright KATG puts on their show. if it a Creative Commons Copyright, then they can set the limit as to what someone can do witht heir audio.

From what I have heard - anyone that has their feed on Podcast Alley is listed on this new podshow thing. Just because there is an advert on the player when playing the podcast doesn't mean anyone can get anything from that.

I heard that there was some problems with the feeds but I have heard now that the feeds are coming from the original sourse so the site is not actually stealing people's feeds.

It looks like to me a cross between podcast alley and myspace with some other added shit. I will alway find iTunes the easiet way of listening to shows though so the Podshow+ thing means little to me.
