KATG store fun!
So I got another order from the KATG store. I ordered enough to get the special sticker and it rocks! the keychain is really special! I also can sympathize with having to write the return address on all of that packaging so the katg return stamp looks nice and professional! keep up the good work guys!

Yeah, just e-mail them. Don't bring it up publicly. They're people just like the rest of us and sometimes miss a detail or two. When they forgot to drop me the sticker, I just e-mailed them and they got it right out to me (which then promply got me in trouble with the wife who opened it in front of the kids 'cause I was asleep).
That adds up to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't need to deface them in front of the fans. |

Huh? I'm not too bothered about the sticker which is why I never emailed them.
I'm not taking the piss out of their service, in fact they got the CDs and DVDs out within the week, for an international order that's great and I have no complaints! Sorry if it sounded like I was. |
