KATG Widget
 

I have created the ultimate KATG Widget. It is available for OS X, Yahoo, iGoogle, Google Desktop, Windows Vista, iPhone, Facebook, and Grease Monkey. Huge thanks to Rellek for hooking up the graphics.

What does it do?

• Shows the status of the live feed.
• Tells you when the next live show will happen.
• Displays the latest episode.
• Provides direct links to the chat, forums, feedback, events, store, and support.

Live Feed Status

Either "On Air" or "Off Air" will be displayed. When On Air, you can click the On Air sign and your default player will launch and play the feed.
iPhone users call into the show by taping the On Air sign.

Next Live Show

A few different things will be displayed in this field.

• Today, Tomorrow, or a day of the week.
• 3h 45m : Once a live show alert has been posted in the forums, the hours and minutes till the next show will be displayed. You can hover over the time and the message Keith posted is shown as a tooltip. If for some reason the time can not be determined from Keith's post, the entire post will be displayed.

• Any minute now. : This is displayed once the show time posted has passed, but the show has not yet started.
• In progress. : This means a live show is currently being recorded. Once the show ends it will automatically reset to the next show day.
• Error :( : Make sure the time and date settings on your computer are set to your local time.
• Not Available. : Their is a problem with the back end system. It will be corrected ASAP.

Latest Episodes

The name of the latest episode is displayed here. You can click on the episode name and your default player will launch and play the episode. You can also see the quote for the episode by hovering over the name.

Grease Monkey

There is a problem with my hosting account, so while godaddy un-fucks it the widget will be down for, at most, 48 hours.

call em, i use godaddy and ever time i had issues the e-mails take for ever. but call them and they will take care of it A.S.A.P.

yeah,I always call. they give themselves 48 hours though they usually fix it sooner.

Since GoDaddy cannot seem to pull their head out of their ass, I will be moving everything to a different provider. This means the widget will be down for a few days.

I was able to transfer everything faster than expected. The widget is now up and running on a different provider.

The iGoogle version of the widget seems to have stopped working and I'm not sure why. The other versions seem to be fine. I will be looking it to it today.

my vista version stopped updating last night.
