I'm jumping on the workout train. My jeans felt WAY too tight this weekend. Had my wisdom teeth out and lost and bunch of weight so I started eating (and drinking) whatever I wanted and gained it all back plus a couple of pounds. Looking to lose < 10lbs and tone up my belly and arms. Nothing major, just need to get back in the groove of eating healthy and combining cardio AND strength training. And I need to stop smoking so much weed- that's definitely been a factor.

Carry on, darlings.

I track stuff in my log, but my goal is to go down to 175 and reeval (184 atm). To start: lower takeout, bring lunch to work, also start tracking cals.

Hey hey hey hey, drink brotein every day.

I'm in.

Last week I started a plan to bike at least 250 miles before the end of October. It's been a few months since I had a regular routine so I am glad to get back to it.

Last week I was working on getting moving again and I overdid it killing my knees. I did good with lowering my calorie intake though Saturday sort of got out of hand. Yesterday I paid for it by only being able to eat two pieces of toast. So today I have been tracking calories (if you have an iphone the app Lose It! makes your life a whole bunch easier) and am going to walk 3 miles. Hopefully that will get me a good start to the week.
Also I dont know how much I weigh I'd hazard a guess at 230ish but I'm sort of terrified to step onto a scale. I might post pics so I can get a good barometer as to where I started but I'm scared of that too. Sigh. Obviously y'all will see what I decide to do.

Viola, once you get on the scale and face the music then you can really start getting yourself motivated.

I suggest an accountability post a day. If you ate a roll with generous butter (like I did today) you HAVE to post about it. If you skipped you work out you HAVE to fess up.

So, Today I did my run and my walk but so far I ate a buttered roll that was not on the plan (carbaholic, D's worst nightmare). Tonight I am having pasta and homemade sauce (more carbs) but NO wine

EDIT: THe point of the accountability is that if you have to admit to it, you might not do it. Tomorrow let's see if I post about that fucking bun and butter...I hope I can say I skipped it.

Yeah I know. But I don't have a scale at home and I think that its just an excuse. I'll try to get one soon.

Bought a bottle of Knob Creek #9 yesterday, but I'll keep it to 1 drink a day to make it last. It's like drinking delicious candy that also rapes your mouth.

Ate 3/4 of a french cruller donut today for breakfast before accidentally dropping the rest.

Look at the bright side, you didn't eat the last 1/4 off of the ground! Congrats!

Its awesome. Favorite part? Being able to scan barcodes and get calories. Also the ability to create a recipe for things I make often with all the parts going together.
