It was MAY DAY!

My Birthday and I was planning the whole time to go to Catch Con. A Fan Convention for Deadliest Catch. Anyway, one of the ships is docked here and it was a full scheduled thing.
I have to cross the sound to get to Seattle. So once there I'm walking from the pier to 5th street to get on a buss to take me all the way to pier 91. (We were dropped off around pier 50ish... ) Anyway I had to walk up this steep ass hill, but I noticed a lot of American flags. (I thought it was a parade or something?) Turned out to be a protest. A protest about the Arizona law pasted just a while ago.

Here's my point... First off, I need to do some research on protest in Seattle before I plan a trip. Second, Go protest in Arizona! WTF! Third, "Si se puede."

p.s. Never made it to Catch Con bc the protest prevented traffic for an hour. Every time the buss kept going on by passes. It kept running into them from behind. LOL! But I didn't have to pay because they didn't get me to my destination on time.

Sweet! But, in a bitter way.

Nothing else was going on for my birthday. & I watch the show sometimes... (I'm not a fan) but the thing is... It was at least something to do for my birthday. & I didn't even get to do it. So, it wasn't a lost cause because I went to the needle, pikes place, etc. Met a crack addict! That was exciting.
