McNally on Fire

So if you haven't heard by now McNally's new place in Toronto just brunt to the ground. He's fine and not on fire, but everything but his laptop was lost.

I haven't been able to get a hold of him, so he hasn't okayed this, but I'm sure he could use the help and support of the KATG community. So if you have a few extra dollars head over to KeithCourage.com and hit up the donate button.

And if you live in Toronto and see him laying on the subway grate infront of old city hall throw him a quarter.

Our sweet lanky canadian's house has burned down with almost all his stuff inside.

Man, this is gonna make for a sweet episode of XO. I can hear it now "literally everything went up in flames" (long pause while some Spacehog b-side plays).

That's the place all right. My phone is turned off because I don't have the charger, so I don't want it to run down too quickly.

I'm staying at my friend Chris' place, so I'm not homeless. Somebody also reminded me that my laptop has an internal mic, so I do have a microphone! I really can't believe I forgot to pick up the fancy recorder. It's the expensive one Keith & Chemda gave me, and it's really little. I coulda just slipped it into my pocket. My NYC bus tickets were in there too, but I can buy new ones.

It didn't even occur to me that people would donate, so thanks very much. It was a really nice surprise to wake up to. I'm also kinda thankful for my insomnia -- it was better to be awake at 6:30am and to see the smoke, rather than to be woken up due to the fact that I was dying. I didn't hear any fire alarms in that place, and the way the fire kept getting worse and worse I suspect it was not quite up to code.
