Men - what do U wear on a sexy date?

My man and I are going on a sexy date in the next week. I think he should dress up. BUT - he doesn't want to.
I need advice on what my man should wear. We haven't had a sexy dinner date/night on the town in a long while.

He can also wear a nice jersey with a collar. A button or 3 that's there for no discernible reason looks fine too.

A blazer/suit jacket is the biggest trick ever. He can wear a shirt he likes under that. Done and dizzy.

And, for the future, tell him to take a shirt to a seamster so it's fitted and it'll be comfortable even with a tie. It's not expensive.

Ha! I appreciate the passion here. And I totally agree with you. I don't need him to wear a tux or anything. But come on - at least dress up a little.

Why doesn't he want to dress up? If it is the collar, maybe he needs a bigger collar. Dress shirts come with different sizes for the collars. As for the tie, it isn't suppose to be pulled so tight as to choke.

i have a jeans and t-shirt kind of fella. sometimes these outfits can feel a little like a costume. your sweetheart might feel embarrassed at attention he may receive. it might just be uncomfortable. different strokes; different folks.

pro-tip: don't force him to make a decision. he may not even know where to start. get his measurements, get what you want him in with respect to his style, make a plan, then all he has to do is put it on and let you tell him how awesome it is. it's how i got my sugar pie to switch from man buns to a high pony tail.
