First, she's probably lying about it to fuck with you or to win you back. Young girls (and occasionally not so young girls) do this sort of thing very frequently.

Once you verify that it's true:
Offer to pay for an abortion.
or
If you are convinced that she will not consider an abortion, talk to some of those bible thumping groups and get her counseled on adoption options. If she's religious: get saved at her parent's church and be the bible thumpinest guy around for the next nine months so you can be the good guy while trying to convince her not to keep it. You need to do everything in your power to convince her to give the baby up for adoption. Your future and the child's future depend on it (before everyone starts in on me: I give no fucks how well Bebe turned out, she was lucky and her bio dad was probably still fucked).

If she does keep it, talk to a lawyer about how to go about establishing true paternity.

Don't just rely on a pee on the stick pregnancy test, go to a doctor and get it confirmed.

If she does get an abortion I hope her parents pay for it or you scrounge up more money so she can go to a good doctor who won't slice and dice her and will give her anestesia. $500 is a bit low.

OK this is SO stupid I can't even believe I will post it. It was 18 years ago, so I suppose I can manage some embarrasment after the fact.

The first time I had sex was with my HS BF. It was awesome and magical and we fucked like rabbits for the next 2 days. On the 3rd day, I realized I SHOULD have started my period. But it's not realistic to do it on Monday and be preggo by Thursday... But I didn't "know" that. I was totally freaked out. I found him in the parking lot after school in a messy pool of HS girl freak out and he took me to the drug store. Where we bought like 15 pregnancy tests over the next 4 weeks. No baby. My horomones were just out of whack & I didn't know any better.

TOTALLY ask to see the pregnancy test. And if it's positive... get a paternity test. You NEVER know.

Sure it's yours? My friend recently had his ex tell him she was pregger with his kid, and he was prepared to take full responsibility and support it. But he wanted one of those dna test to make sure he was the father, and she refused to get it. So he told her unless he knows 100% its his, he's not giving her anything.

Now I don't know her or you, but unless you know when exactly it happened, I'd wonder a little, especially if she's an ex.
