Very much Jackson Pollock inspired, it's actually by John Squire, guitarist in the Stone Roses, my all-time favourite group.
It was on the cover of the "Made of Stone" single, one of their best songs. All their stuff has similar artwork by him on it, and he's now doing art full time, although he seems to have moved away from the Pollock stuff: www.johnsquireart.com I feel a "just what in the hell does your avatar represent?" thread coming on... |
