New Listener Looking for H.U.A.R. Beginnings

Could someone tell me what specific show first talked about H.U.A.R.? I hear about it during shows and I don't really get it yet. I'm going through the archives but haven't progressed that far yet.

HUMANS UNITED AGAINST ROBOTS

Keith thinks that robots are going to take over the world, no, Keith KNOWS they are. To prevent this he's started H.U.A.R.

So every now and then when a story comes up about robot advancement he reads it and at the end he tells us, "I'M TELLING YOU, FUCKING ROBOTS, HUAR!"

There was one episode where they interviewed an author who wrote a book on surviving a robot invasion, I think that might offer the best insight into HUAR.
